I get an unhandled exception when I start the application. If I click "continue" then the GUI loads.

I can select an input file and an output directory. But under "Available Strategies" the drop down list remains bland and the "Split!" button is greyed out.

I have tried this on two different computers with the same results.

Tiaan,

I need to know what your OS is, and if it is 32 or 64 bits. Also, what version of the program are you using?

I am also receiving the same message and having the same issues when starting up TextSplitter. I am using Windows XP Professional Version (2002) SP 2. The version of TextSplitter version is 2.0.5.

Both of you need to make sure that at a minimum, you have .NET 3.5 Service Pack 1 installed. Otherwise you will keep getting the errors that you are seeing.

You can download this over here:

I just tested this with Windows XP Professional SP2 and SP3.
