There are now 4 Windows binaries for Subversion:

• CollabNet
• SlikSVN
• VisualSVN
• WanDisco - New Distro

Unfortunately, most of these now require you to login before you can download an update. The Tigris distro was apparently discontinued. That was my favorite distro.
