My good friend, Tim Davis, is working on a PainlessSVN clone for the Mac. I finally convinced him to work on this, as I wanted to concentrate on Windows-only solutions. He's shown me several movies, and it's looking really good. He hasn't posted anything on his website, but keep an eye on it.
