I was finally able to nail down a problem in the install script that a customer encountered. The install was aborting at initialization when it found that .NET 2.0 did not need to be installed.

I just uploaded a new refresh for Beta 2. I have been releasing refreshes to betas when I or customers find a problem. I'm going release a new beta only when a major bug is fixed or new functionality is added.
