I had a hard time using OnTime, so I started testing other bug trackers/project management programs. I first tried FogBugz On Demand (FOD), and have stuck with it. I noticed that FOD doesn't get in your way, and makes entering cases extremely easy. I've been able to enter a lot of cases in a few minutes. I typed just the titles, then went back to flesh out the details. FOD works really well for one man band mISVs.
My main problem with OnTime is that it had so many features, and it "felt" heavy. It is geared towards teams, and I imagine that for a development manager OnTime would be a very nice thing to have. The views on the different parts of the team are very good. This is done through dashboard-like windows.
The Evidence Based Scheduling (EBS) is pretty cool. It really helps me focus on what I need to get done. I really like that the program has a built in timer. It really removes a lot of the hassle involved in estimation and time-keeping.
FOD gets 2 thumbs up from me!
